Services guaranteed
Dotnoc guarantees that the quality of workmanship meets or exceeds industry standard where applicable. Dotnoc will refund
any service fees for work proven improperly performed by dotnoc. this does not include any special service charges,
setup fees, service contract fees, ongoing maintenance fees or troubleshooting fees. Any bugs, inconsistencies and
problems in open source code or closed source code including but not limited to operating systems are also not guaranteed.
Any changes done to configurations, code, development, installation or original work performed by Dotnoc will
void all warranties and are not guaranteed. There will be a 5.5% Visa transaction fee which is Charged to Dotnoc by
our 3rd party transaction company (we have no control over these fees and apologize for any inconveniences). It is
understood that Dotnoc is not responsible for network, hardware or third party software/code failures including but not
limited to open source, free or proprietary code and programs.
Our Services refund policy does not apply for Troubleshooting and Repair, Investigation, Audits, Documentation, Break/Fix work,
Hardware Installation, Software Installation, Custom Hosting, Managed Hosting, Advanced Hosting, Special service fees, Service contract fees,
Ongoing maintenance fees, Non service products sold such as software and Hardware are not refundable.

All DotNoc dedicated hosting and e-commerce plans come with a 15 day money back guarantee.
if you are not satisfied with your service from 15 days of initial signup we will refund your monthly
fees minus usage. This offer does not include overages, additional server addons or setup fees. Any overages and
usage will be charged in accordance to the
server add-ons table. The full setup
fee of 199.00$ will be charged for any accounts cancelled within 6 months from activation and subtracted from the refund amount.
Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services known as "server addons", monthly licensing fees, or custom built servers, terminal servers, exchange servers and managed services;
All cancellations must be requested over the telephone or in writing as per the deadlines indicated.
Fax notifications are also acceptable. E-mail requests will not constitute acceptance of
any cancellation. The deadlines for cancellation for any hosting package must be before
your next billing cycle any cancellations.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by DotNoc for violating our Terms of Use do not qualify for the 15-day money
back guarantee or any refunds. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will
not be given any refund.
The 15 day money back guarantee does not apply to Complex Hosting, Advanced Hosting, Managed Hosting, reseller accounts,
Web Design, Coding, Development or any fees associated with these services or accounts. Setup fees and domain registration
fees are also non-refundable.

Notes:
- Refunds and warranties are at the discretion of the Dotnoc Sales and Engineering teams. Each case will be reviewed
accordingly.
- All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by the account holder no later then 15 calendar days
post initial payment date or invoice date (whichever was the earlier date). Cancellation methods accepted are fax, post,
in person.
- Clients that make late payments or have outstanding/overdue invoices are not eligible for this money back guarantee.
